Sample 7 Day Meal Plan

42-16534482In order to have success on the HealZoo Journey program, you’re going to have to eat MORE, not less.  It’s a well known secret amongst bodybuilders, fitness models, and people in excellent shape, that the more often you you eat, the more fat your body is willing to burn.

Below is a sample, 7 day meal plan of what you should practice, not just on the HealZoo Journey, but in life period.

HealZoo Journey: Exercise Program

My abs

  • Three times per week you will perform weight training, and three days per week, you will be performing 30 minutes of HealZoo HIT cardio. Make sure to focus on keeping your intensity high.  When you’re working out, put all you have into it.
  • You’ll be performing three exercises for each major muscle group and two exercises for each minor muscle group.
  • Select three exercises per muscle group and conduct three sets with it, making sure to complete 8-12 reps per set.
  • For each muscle group, rest for 20-30 seconds between each set. Wait two minutes before moving on to your next exercise. Read the full story
