If you’re like I was six months ago, you probably spent countless hours searching online to figure out how your favorite athletes and celebrities attain the coveted six-pack abs. I mean, we see it everyday, in every magazine, on every television program; some shredded superstar flaunting their awesome body. Before we know it, we’re ordering and joining every program that promises to deliver the same results.
