You already know that there are four parts that “synergize” and make the HealZoo Journey one of the most effective fat loss/body sculpting program available. Those include: Training, Nutrition, Supplementation, and Cardio. As you can tell by the section title, this area of the program gives a deeper explanation of what makes our cardio different from everyone else’s cardio. If you were to walk into a gym today, and ask personal trainer how to get rid of that roll around your midsection, he’d probably tell you to eat better, train, and do “cardio”. But what you’ll realize with our program is that not all cardio is the same.
For years, “experts” have preached that “steady-state” or “slow-go” cardio is the most effective way to shed unwanted fat. However, the information that they left out was that when you do “regular” cardio, you’re only burning fat for amount of time that you’re actually PERFORMING the cardio. What that means is that once you stop, the fat-burning that the “steady-state” cardio was doing also stops. Not to mention that that type of cardio is mind-numbingly painful and unrewarding.
The HealZoo HIT Cardio routine takes the standard cardio workout, and makes it fats’ worst enemy. The reason being is because our cardio program takes whats called “intervals” and forces you into periods of anaerobic and aerobic exercise.
Anaerobic exercise is defined as exercise whereby you are forced to expend a lot of energy, and it’s difficult for you to get your breath, however, we don’t plan on going to the extremes in our program. So we don’t get to technical and jargony, let us explain it differently.
If you’ve ever seen a marathon runner and a sprinter’s body’s’, it explains the difference between our program and the “regular” programs almost perfectly. A marathoner is capable of running long distances for long periods of time, and as a result the have very small bodies, with very little muscle. If you compare that to a sprinters frame, it’s very easy to see the difference. The sprinter is more muscular, has good muscle tone, is lean, and sports a very low body fat percentage. That’s the difference. Our High Intensity Interval Training tackles those nasty fat stores, while sparing the lean muscle mass you need to keep the fat off, and “regular” cardio tackles the fat stores, while also attacking the lean muscle mass you need to keep the fat off.
With that being said, take a deeper look at the three different cardio routines we recommend during and beyond the HealZoo Journey Program. We promise that they do EXACTLY what we say they do.
Below are the three different HealZoo HIT programs that are to be performed with your HealZoo Training program. Be sure to enhance your workouts and your fat burning ability by using ZooBurn before each workout.
